AT&T are crooks! ( nothing to do with sports)

people make sure to go over your cell phone bills! I just went over mine and caught AT&T with charging me $300 more then they should have! It seems they like to change your calling plan right in the middle of your contract! I had 3500 nights and weekend minutes ~ last month they decided that I was only going to get weekend minutes and they dropped my night minutes! It took a lot of bitching but I did get the credit!
just wondering how much money has been overpaid to these crooks?

Your just catching on? These crooks have been doing this for years. Another one of their tricks is that 30 seconds is rounded out to 60 seconds and so on. I've joined a phone phreak site. Lots of neat tricks to evenout the playing field.

With that said, don't ever make the mistake of buying a Seven Eleven prepaid card. They are willing to mention that it's per minute rate of 1.9 cents a minte is veryyyy cheap, BUT they fail to cover the .89 cents connection fee for every call you make, but of course this is in tiney print on the back of the card and worded as to confuse people.

I actually called one of the customer service morons and complained and he has the nerve to tell me, "it is pretty cheap if you stay on the phone with the same person for a long time!"

I laughed and hung up.
